While security best practices prevent Public Interest Registry from publicly stating how we investigate reports of abuse, our goal is always to protect registrants. Domains suspected as abusive will be investigated. Public Interest Registry works closely with the registrar to ensure the appropriate action is taken to resolve the abuse. If it appears a website has been compromised Public Interest Registry will take steps in accordance with our Abuse Policy to prevent further abuse.
