On 1 February 2011, PIR received from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) a “Warrant of Seizure” issued by the US Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, concerning the domain name, “rojadirecta.org”.
On August 29, 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice voluntarily dismissed its complaint against the Spanish owner of the web site, and PIR has returned the domain to its original registrant.
