Director, Strategic Partnerships -The Director of Strategic Partnerships will find new non-profit and impact-driven partners to create and expand partnership channels for new avenues of growth in PIR’s mission-driven Top Level Domains (TLDs). This role will report to PIR’s VP of Business Affairs and will work to develop an organizational strategy that aligns with PIR’s mission and goals. Additionally, the Director will create innovative solutions to help non-profits and other impact-driven organizations obtain domain names, build an online brand, and grow their communities. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis – The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) helps lead the day-to-day company financial planning and analysis activities that include developing financial plans (budgets/forecasts), reviewing monthly results to identify and investigate variances to plan, developing reports and presentations to explain month-end results, creating financial models to support decision making and assisting with the monthly financial close. This position serves as a business partner, assisting PIR’s functional department owners in budget/forecast development, expense management and policy compliance. Policy Coordinator – The Policy Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Policy and Privacy and provides day-to-day support to the policy department on issues related to Internet governance, domain name registry operations, and domestic and international policy priorities as appropriate. This role assists with the policy department’s engagement in, and with, various Internet governance organizations and other bodies on issues related, but not limited to, domain names, registry operations, Internet governance, and related legislative and regulatory issues. Internships
Computer Support Technician Intern – The Computer Support Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all assigned technical issues. This role will provide outstanding customer service and technical support via phone, in-person and/or other communication platforms. The dedicated Technician is a heavily focused customer-facing role that works in a fast-paced operational environment and is responsible for the initial triage and resolution of customer incidents or service requests and will be required to install, maintain, and troubleshoot software, hardware, peripherals, and equipment as well as analyze and fix software, hardware, and network-related problems reported by users. The Technician will also be responsible for video conferencing equipment setup, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance including audio systems, displays, and other miscellaneous AV related equipment or cabling. Data Analytics Associate Intern – PIR’s data analytics department supports the organization in managing, understanding, and acting upon its business data. The department promotes data-driven decisions through data visualization, data science, data engineering, and data management. The Data Analytics Associate will engage in analyzing various datasets to discover patterns and insights.
